1. Information We Collect

When you register or sign in to Polytate (via Google OAuth or Email OTP), we collect your name and email address to authenticate your session, deliver auto-annotation services, maintain credit balances, and process billing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

2. Computer Vision Datasets & Private Workspaces

Any images, video frames, and annotation datasets you upload to Polytate are stored in your private, isolated workspace. Your images are processed solely for the purpose of generating bounding box coordinates (AABB and OBB). We do NOT use your private uploaded datasets to train public foundational AI models.

3. Google User Data Policy

Polytate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only non-sensitive profile information (openid, email, and basic profile) strictly to identify and authenticate your account.

4. Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed securely by PCI-compliant payment gateways (LemonSqueezy / Stripe). Polytate never stores, processes, or transmits sensitive payment card details on our own servers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

You can delete individual images or purge your workspace queue at any time directly within the Annotation Studio. For complete account deletion or data erasure requests, please contact us at support@polytate.com.
