1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Polytate at polytate.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Polytate is an automated AI-assisted computer vision dataset annotation software platform.

2. Ownership of Uploads & Generated Labels

You retain 100% full legal ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all images, datasets, and bounding box annotations you upload, generate, or export through Polytate. We do not claim any ownership over your dataset assets.

3. Subscriptions & Detection Credits

Polytate provides subscriptions and one-time bulk credit packs. Credits are deducted per image detection run. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled by the user in the billing portal.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Polytate to process unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to compromise platform infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating acceptable use terms.
